Stranger Danger Warning There has been an incident on 1/9/14 on Holmes House Avenue, Winstanley whereby a young girl has been approached by a male. The male has been described as: White male, aged 58 with short grey hair and yellow crooked teeth. The male is described as being 600 tall and slim build. He was wearing a long black coat down to his knees and the coat had stains on, grey shoes similar to suede trainers. The male had bare legs from the knees down suggesting that he was wearing shorts and had stubble on his face. The young female managed to hit the male in the stomach and ran off to phone to police. Police have now increased patrols in the area and have made all our local schools aware of this incident. Also we are conducting house to house enquires with local residents and are reviewing all possible CCTV in the area. If anyone has any information or has seen anyone acting suspicious please dial 101 or 999 in an emergency.
