Preheat the oven 375 * *Ingredients* - 2 cups Gluten Free, Organic Old Fashion Rolled Oats - 4 scoops vanilla protein powder isolated 0% Carbs - 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1 tbsp Cinnamon - 1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw or Splenda - 4 egg whites - 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk - 1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogur - 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce (Make sure you get one No Sugar Added or Natural Applesauce. Read the ingredients, try to find one that the only ingredients are apples, water and ascorbic acid) - 3 fresh bananas - 4 or 5 fresh strawberries * Directions * - In a big bowl mix together all the dry ingredients. - In a medium bowl mix together all the wet ingredients with a whisk except fruit. - Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, combine. Make sure its distributed evenly. - Spray an 8 or 9 round baking pan with non-stick spray. I coat a 10 baking pan with #organic #raw #CoconutOil. - You have to slice the bananas very thin - Line the bottom of the round baking pan with one and a half of the thinly-sliced bananas. - Pour mixture on top of the layer of sliced bananas. - Cover with remaining sliced bananas and sliced strawberries. - Bake 40-45 min until top is golden brown or inserted knife comes out clean.
