Strength and Conditioning Challenge: 6 deadlifts (women 60kg, men 100kg) 10 strict burpees (tricep push up position, chest to floor and no movement through the hips then jump with clap behind head) Then: 5 deadlifts 9 strict Burpees. 4-8 3-7 2-6 1-5 Finish.. Heres one of my finest Les Mills GRIT© trainer/presenters finishing the challenge whilst maintaining perfect form. The question is: How quick can this be done with good form all the way?
