Strong Voices - Programme Co-ordination (Freelance Contract), A New Direction Report this post London Closes Friday 28 June 2013 Paid (£30k-40k pro rata) Part time Artform: crafts, combined arts, dance, film, interdisciplinary arts, libraries, literature, museums, photography, music, theatre, visual arts Contact: Anthony Ruck [email protected] Description A New Direction is working with 5 other Regional Bridge Organisations, as part of the Bridge England Network to deliver Strong Voices. The project is funded by the Department for Education’s (DfE) Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) funding programme, and is targeted towards the 6% most vulnerable and disadvantaged 13-19 year olds in England. The aim of the DfE VCS funding is to focus and develop local services to support improved outcomes for these young people. This work is being directly delivered by 5 of the Bridge organisation within the Bridge England Network. A New Direction is seeking to work with a freelance project manager to co-ordinate the delivery of this programme. The programme co-ordinator will have access to hot desk facilities, where necessary at A New Direction’s offices. The co-ordinator will have a role in ensuring that the programme meets its targets, and ensure the delivery of a successful, high profile programme.
