Success... My alterations: Added extra mixed fruit and cherries. Recipe didnt call for mixed peel but I added a handful because I like it. The color in the first pic is the actual color of the sweetbread. T Carter-La Fon this came out way better. Following the steps on the link I gave I notice his batter was more cakelike mine was thick but I dont mind because I like heavy sweetbread not the cake texture. Maybe u can add more coconut milk of you want it cakelike. ... and yes that butter on my slice! cheese and butter on sweetbread is awesome. Dontt knock it until u try it!
