Successfully and safely made it to Everest base camp!! took us 7 days to get there but we made it!!! saw everest summit from kala patar on Monday :))) now on our 4 day climb down. Thanks to everyone for the birthday messages, I have not been able to read them yet as internet connection is a little shaky here. But thank you for your kind words. we celebrated our birthday on saturday with some wonderful new friends, we even had a home made birthday cake made 5100m above sea level ;)) love and happiness to you all from the Himalayas xx
