ஆடிப் பெருக்கு 3 Aug 2014 - Blessings of Sri Vittal Panduranga! Happy Friendship Day! We had no clue what Lord Krishna & Their Holiness had in mind for our Holy trip to Govindapuram, Swamimalai & Thirukadaiyur! There were clear signals like - Sampoorna Gita Parayanam on the day of our leaving for the trip & Darshan of a Karma Yogi Dr. Subramanian Swamy barely an hour before our departure - were not enough to read THEIR mind! We had a wonderful overnight stay at Govindapuram & after shower on ஆடிப்பெருக்கு went to Swamimalai to offer our humble Pranams & Thanks to Our Kula Deivam Sri Swaminatha Swami (Also Kula Drivam for Sri Maha Perivaa) for successfully conducting Sashtiabdhapoorthy on the year (JAYA) Sri Maha Perivaa was born & on the month (Aadi) Sri Perivaa was born! We left Swamimalai after having a wonderful Darshan of the Deity during Abishekam & Gold Kavacham Alankaram with Diamonds! Next stop was Sri Bodendrars Athishtanam, the adjoining Sri Anjaneyar Temple & Yogi Sri Surat Kumars Memorial. It was very close to the closing time & rushed to Sri Mahaswamijis Thapovanam & adjoining Athishtanam of Sri Mettur Swamigal. By the time we finished the above & reached the Sri Vittal Haridas Panduranga Kshetram it was very close to noon time. The staff members were getting ready to close the place for lunch. On all these years after the opening of the temple, Lord Panduranga had blessed us to do Sampoorna Gita Parayanam at His Sanctum. We were just thinking that this time we werent blessed to do that. Our driver had gone to get Malas & fruits. Sri JKD Anna who attended the Sashtiabdhapoorthy requested us to visit Panduranga Kshetram. Hence one of our team members Mumbai Swaminathan went to the residence of JKD Anna. In that little time, while we were thinking that Pandurangan had Blessed us to recite the Gita in the big hall ONLY this year (as compared to the inner most Sanctum in the past years), Anna JKD came to the temple. Anna took us to the Sanctum & asked us to continue the chanting of Gita, whole we were waiting for the driver to bring the flower Malas & fruits. Anna, who came from came only just before noon while waiting for Neivedhyam to be offered to Pandurangan, started doing Pradakshnam around the Sannidhi. We started to realize slowly the Leela of Krishna! During this trip to India - we were Blessed to be so far in Chennai on the past Rohini, Ekadasi (both came on the same auspicious day this time in India) & Krishna Paksha Dwadasi. And we were Blessed to do Pratikshna Sampoorna Gita Parayanam on all these days so far! so far. Since we are going to be out of Chennai for the coming Anooradha Day (Aug 5) & on Aug 6 for Ekadasi, we maybe missing Pratikshna Gita Parayanam, we left it to Lord Krishnas Sankalpam. After seeing JKD Anna doing Pradikshanam at Sanctum, we asked him whether we can also do Pradikshanam. He gladly permitted us to do so, which made us to complete a few more chapters while we waited for the driver. After the driver came back, JKD Anna offered them to Lord Panduranga & Blessed us with Prasadams. He asked us to continue the Pratikshna Parayanam while waiting for the Chitrannam Neivedhyam for ஆடிப்பெருக்கு! When the Neivedhyams came, Anna offered it to Lord Panduranga & asked us to continue the Parayanam while they get ready to offer us the Chitrannam Prasadams. It was well after closing & we didnt want to keep holding the maintenance staff from cleaning & left the temple after doing Pradikshana Parayanam upto Chapter 11. By this time many of our team members were exhausted with the hot weather & also were hungry. We came out of the temple (so that the maintenance staff got in for their cleaning) & were proceeding for lunch. On the way to lunch, we noticed the Athishtanam of 60th Perivaa of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam with Lord Krishna prominently there! Continued the Pratikshna Parayana at the Athishtanam for one more chapter. JKD Anna came & explained the importance about the Athishtanam (which Lord Krishna will make us to share at some other time!). Annas Sishyaas took us for the special lunch Prasadams of Chitrannam with fried Appalam, Boli etc. While going to take lunch noticed a big tall Krishna Sannidhi standing alone next to the Athishtanam. While the Chitrannam Pradsadams of Lord Panduranga went inside our stomach, HE ordained us to finish the Pratikshna Parayanam for the remaining Chapters by doing Pratikshnams around the Stand Alone Krishna Sannidhi. In all these our past visits, weve never noticed either the Athishtanam or the Stand alone Krishna Sannidhi! Lord Krishna Blessed us in this JAYA Varusha (2014) ஆடிப்பெருக்கு as my mother delivered me in the last JAYA Varusha (1954) ஆடிப்பெருக்கு. Lord Krishna Blessed us like a Mother in making us to get His Chitrannam Prasadams on my Holy 60th Birthday! From Govindapuram we went to Thirukadaiyur & offered our Prayers to ஶ்ரீஅமிர்தகடேஸ்வர், ஶ்ரீ மார்கண்டேயர் & ஶ்ரீ அபிராமி அம்மன்! Our Special Thanks to Lord Krishna, Their Holiness Sri Perivaas & above all to the Karma Yogi Dr. Subramanian Swamy whose visit to our place just before our trip made this JAYA Varusha ஆடிப்பெருக்கு a very Memorable & Blessed one!
