Sunday is just chock a block filled with wonderful blessings here at St.Johns!!! This Sunday is Ministry Appreciation Sunday and those nominated by the vestry and myself will be recognized for all the good works done in this program year. We are very thankful for all the remarkable efforts since last September. The time has gone by in the blink of an eye..... Remember our FANTASTIC picnic?! SAVE THE DATE ----- Our parish picnic is September 14, 2014 at Tourne Park. Thank you! Also, this Sunday we CELEBRATE COMMUNION with Abigail Hornstein and Shawn Ordway. Come and see... Jesus said. They will show you their art and their banner and speak about what they have learned. It will be a touching and sensitive time for all. Open your heart to these beautiful children. On the boring side....LOL! It is Clergy Discretionary Fund Sunday. Envelopes will be available for this first line of assistance for those in need. Thank you! See you in church! Father Tim
