Sunday morning we woke up in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. We wanted to - TopicsExpress

Sunday morning we woke up in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. We wanted to go to church and worship with our brothers and sisters in Freeport. We located a taxi driver who knew where the church was located. We went to an area called Port Lu Caya to look around. Our taxi driver took us to Port Lu Caya returned at 10:30 to take us to church and then returned again at 12:15 to take us back to the ship. The people in the congregation were very friendly. The service wasnt what I expected - their attire was better than what we see on any given Sunday here in the US. 95% of the men had on suits and 100% of the women were well dressed. I noticed in the small lobby that there were 5 Lads to Leaders trophies. I thought how often we stressed over going to L2L and then I thought what these kids have to do just to get to convention. I was very impressed!! The taxi cost - $60 ~ the experience priceless!!!!
