Superb swim this morning.....another nice, calm, sunny day.....sea gently lapping at the foreshore....good half an hour in the sea today, a wave to the passing fishing boat.........with a bit of luck, hopefully, it may have a beneficial effect on my current back ache.....age, most likely.....lol.........just one regular lady braving the shallows, today & a couple of joggers......I fail to understand why there are so many guys with metal detectors?......there were 4 today?.......anyhow........coffee on the brew.....:0)
