Superior Offensive and Defensive Performance takes RM Glory to 8 Games Unbeaten It was a stunning performance on both sides of the field, as RM Glory quickly reignited their form from the previous draw last week. Tonight marked the first time Alex has not started as a forward in Rosemont, so Noe was pushed up to the tip of the arrow. There was an uncomfortable flow at first, with not much passing from RM Glory but somehow still keeping possession as Alexis and Salas dominated their offensive opponents to keep the ball in our favor. As minutes passed momentum kicked in, as we received a free kick a few yards away from goal. Noe passed the ball to Salas only for him to blast it in first time to open the scoring for RM Glory. Shortly after, Carlos once again scored a high left footed blast, well away from the goalies reach. Then moments later, Roman connects with a smooth one-two with Noe, as Roman calmly placed it to the lower bottom right corner just like Gonzalo Higuain. Full offensive domination kicked in as Carlos took a chance on a tight angle, to finish the first half 4-0. As the second half started there was a defensive mistake by Alexis who had lost the ball in front of Javier, giving a goal away. Javier had deserved a clean sheet tonight as he connected well with many shots, diving gracefully multiple times. But the mistake provided little fuel that soon burned away, when Noe blasted in another smart free-kick to the lower left corner. The game ended in a dominant 5-1, taking RM Glorys streak to EIGHT, as they fight for the top spot with Mount Prospect tomorrow night, who have an identical season record. Go Glory!
