Suzdal monastery, bell tower, chiming by the bell musician. There are two in town. Monasterys here were often where royals and other officials went in exile. Convents were built often for widows & discarded Royal wives. This monastery was built around 13th century and in soviet times was turned into a prison. No people were ever executed here though, demonstrating that among the non believers there was often doubt regarding the faith!
