Sweet day and night on the mats :) Martina with pressure drills Tilda working TPC to neck tie clinch. Abby playing Jits then it was into classes. Jits was wicked with 14 on the mats. Playing the P.E.T from the PETS model. Wicked Fitness saw 20 bodies go through hell :) Sparring was awesome fun with everyone bringing their game, 16 people with great energy and attitudes. Nice.
