Sweet or savoury scrolls 300g self-raising flour, 90g butter, pinch saof, 160ml milk. Soft the flour and with your fingers, rub the butter into the flour to make a bread-like mixture. Make a well in the centre and add the milk. Mix it with your hands or butter knife. Knead out on a floured surface and roll out. Then place your fillings on top. Roll up to resemble a sausage. Cut into even pieces. Brush a little egg wash on top and bake for 15 mins or so (depending on your filling) in a 210C oven.
