Synergy88 Studios is looking for the following talents: Character Rigger Job description: A Character rigger is responsible for using computer programs to form skeletons by creating series of bones that deform and animate specific parts of the character. Collaboration with supervisors, animators and designers is a necessity and will require excellent communication and teamwork. You will be expected to have a strong skill set in the use of rigging tools, scripting languages and pipeline development. Additionally, it is crucial that you have a strong understanding of anatomy and a great eye for expressive motion. Your task is to make the animators job easier. Technical Director Job description: A Technical Director provides critical support to a show’s artists and department heads. He or she will closely work with the CG Supervisor, managers and artists in developing the animation production pipeline depending on their needs. Aside from pipeline development the technical director will also be in charge of problem solving or trouble shooting that may be encountered during production.
