T-Mobile is TERRIBLE!!!! I am with them for a very long time now (a few years). I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. It’s a pretty good phone; I was over all satisfied with it. It broke after about 8 months from the time I got it and as a tech support rep. told me, it was a common problem o this device. Since it’s on a warranty, I got another phone sent to me in exchange for a broken one. It was apparently refurbished and not in a great shape. It really did not work at all so T-Mobile gladly sent me another one…. That also was not good…… than another one…. At this point I have a phone number 5, which lasted 2 weeks and now the sound is not working. Every time you change the phone it takes about a half an hour to load all the numbers and apps back. I have been doing it SOOOO MANY TIMES, that I am sick of it already!!! They refuse to give me a working device and keep sending me garbage. I just got off the phone after speaking to a supervisor who was not helpful at all and tried to make a sales pitch instead of solving the issue. (No wonder people leave this company)The day has come!!! I wanna leave G-d forsaken TSamsung Mobile USA!!!!! Any advice?
