A volunteer writes: And they all lived happily ever after....how I wish that cute little Princess was still part of her familys fairytale but sadly, they can no longer afford to care for a senior dog, even one as sprightly and sociable as this girl. Shes hard to miss with her eager eyes and chubby, hairless body and her special snortly breathing pattern is something else - no one does adorkable quite like Princess! I can pick her up without complaint and we happily trot out to the yard where she sniffs about and meets other dogs with relaxed, friendly manners. Princess constantly tilts her head up to check in with her humans and craves our love and attention more than almost anything. Well, anything except food! I give her a slice of roast beef to chew on then quickly turn to say something to another volunteer and when I turn back the entire slice has already vanished and Princess is looking up for more! This bright little star does have her health issues but if youve got the love, experience and financial security to put her on the road to recovery then please dont wait, Princess needs a hero today!
