TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story As my STRONG EYE STUDIOS team puts together the final video edits from my last trip to Seattle, I had to post up more images of beautiful STRONG MOMMY Melissa Z. who is one my biggest inspirations. Boasting a weight loss more than 30 plus lbs, Melissa also lost 6 inches from her hips, 5 inches around her waist, and more than 10 inches off of her thighs. Woot woot!!! Melissa says, I absolutely love the way after completing the program. This journey has been just as emotional as it has been physical. Shopping for clothes is no longer torture and my confidence is soaring. I never dreamed I would fit into a size 8 again let alone the size 6 that I am now!! The never thought possible is a reality now because of your superb coaching and my steely resolve to adhere to the program! What I thought of as my skinny clothes prior to starting the program are now my feeling fat clothes. Ive decided my family needs to take a trip someplace warm just so I can wear my new bikini! Thank you Coach JVB!!! Best of all Melissa is still looking just as fantastic because she has embraced a lot of our work as lifestyle. More importantly she ate adequate amounts of food and plenty of variety resulting in maintainable and sustainable results.
