THE COMMISSION STRUCTURE FOR UGLII. There are a number of ways of getting commission. All prices are in NZD and there is no GST as all items are bought from Australia over the internet. • When the business signs up they get an uglii black dot for free. This allows basic discoverability. • If they want to upgrade to a green dot it costs $53pa. This allows a page to be shown when someone clicks on their dot. • Upgrade to a blue dot costs $114pa. This enables the buyer to go straight to their website. • When you search the website for say carsales the blue dots are shown first, green second, black 3rd and grey last. o A grey dot is an unverified unregistered business which doesn’t get offers. • If someone like Toyota wanted to showcase who sold their products they can register their brands with outlets thru the country for $8pa per brand per outlet. eg Toyota celica for Tauranga Toyota. They may have 10 brands per outlet with say 100 outlets in NZ. A total cost to them of $8000pa. Cheap advertising and good commission. (25% to you pa.) • If you wanted help to build your website there is a website builder cost of $114pa. • If you want a locator set up on your website, say Domino pizzas outlets then the business can build it and will pay $380pa. All these are divided between the Affiliate 25%, National partner 15%, Global partner 10% and the Uglii coalition 50%. The money is held offshore and you can draw it down wherever you want to. The commissions continue as long as the business stays verified and remains in the system and on your death can be passed on to whoever you want. They can also be sold to someone else in the Uglii system in part or full. Ie someone in NZ or overseas. The other way of getting commission is if a business and eventually a person wants to buy something. They can search for businesses that sell the product they want. Eg this morning I wanted to buy a steam mop. I had to search thru google and eventually found something similar to what I wanted and I had to accept the price. With the uglii system I could type in what I wanted and where my catchment area was. E.g steam mop in a 10km radius of postal zone 6160. All the businesses who were on the uglii system and who had the product in that area would show up. I could choose the ones I wanted based on veracity, how I could pay and other criteria. I could then with a push of a button ask them all for their best price. The ones that wanted too, would then send a quote. I would choose the best quote based on my criteria and go and buy it. For the business buying, it saves time finding the product and emailing for quotes and waiting for replies. For the business selling it gives them qualified leads very cheaply which saves on advertising costs and again time. Worldwide the average cost of a qualified lead is $USD49. With Uglii every business who makes an offer is charged .80c. So one qualified lead is costing that business .80c. This then becomes part of the commission stream. It is divided between the company making the offer and the buying company. If you had signed up both sides then you would get 25%. If you had signed up one side you would get 12.5%. This all sounds very small but based on the projections if you signed up 1000 businesses in a year and then retired your commission would be:- Year one 83080 (42,000) Year two 192960 (95,000) Year three 378550 (189275) Year four 572180 (286090) Year five 733650 (366825) It is believed that as the businesses get used to the system they will increase their usage. Even if Uglii’s projections were over by 100% it is still a very good income. I have included the smaller amount in brackets. India already has its quota of affiliates filled. In NZ there are 181 left. 100 are kept to one side for the postal service. I have 81 to fill. 29 will go to the Chamber of Commerce.
