THE CORRECT WAY TO START YOUR WEEK>>> Have you allowed this week to just start on auto pilot?... if so STOP... pull back for a few mins and sharpen that axe, your body and brain operates like a computer waiting for input... the quality of your commands will make a difference to the quality of your week. #TheTruth The truth... this week will be as hard as last week, as many challenges but decide how to deal with them before hand and plan ahead... plan ahead... plan ahead! #ThePlan - Name 5 things you are grateful for? - Name 3 things you want to achieve? - Name 3 fears and rewrite them as a positive scenario - Exercise: Look at your schedule and plan for 3 exercise sessions - Health: You will eat 21 meals this week (and 14 snacks), this dictates whether you will have the energy to perform, feel bloated with heart burn, feel continually hungry or have mood swings. Plan your meals (80% should not include bread, pap, cereal, sugar, milk, deep fried food, or high carb food... you will need vegetables, good meats, nuts, fruit - things with fiber & as close to how nature provides it... think of rice, beans, legumes, chickpeas, limited amounts of pasta for carbs if you are active. If you are always hungry then add a teaspoon or two of good oils to your meal (Olive oil, Coconut oil, Avo oil, or eat free range or grass fed meat) - Breath in deeply and controlled for a minute (in and out your nose) - Reread the above every day!
