THE DAY IMO POLICE COMMISSIONER, ABDUMAJID ALI DOFFED HIS HAT FOR DEACON CHIKE OKAFOR! It was precisely on Wednesday, a day filled with a wonderful summer, temperature and weather as the sun from the sky keep radiating warmly on that historic evening. IMO State commissioner of Police Abdumajid Ali, led a routine of his men to Obowo local government area, on the commissioning of police projects that were executed by Deacon Chike Okafor. Before his arrival to the colourful occasion, the entire Obowo police command ably led by their D.P.O had gathered in anticipation to receive and welcome their Boss, Commissioner Abdumajid Ali to Obowo local government area. In attendance were the members of police P.C.R.C, Traditional rulers, so many sons and daughters of Obowo LGA too numerous to be mentioned graced the occasion too. The Commissioner of Police later arrived OTOKO in OBOWO LGA, where he made a stop over to commission the Divisional Police headquarters that was massively renovated by Deacon Chike Okafor, actually kick started programmes of the day. There was indeed a good numbers of Police projects that were executed under the benevolence kindness and uncommon magnanimity of Deacon Chike Okafor that were commissioned by the police commissioner on that faithful day. It was there that Commissioner Ali poured encomiums on Deacon Chike Okafor as a Man that has written his name both in heaven and on earth for having realized the need to uplift the police force in Obowo LGA which will in turns enables them to be more productive and proactive in crime fighting. The police commissioner also counselled his men in Obowo to keep up the good works they are doing in protecting the good peoples of Obowo and urged them to improve the more. He summed his remarks up by warning politicians from Obowo on the need for them to desist from hitting up the polity and play their political game of 2015 general election without contravening the law of the Land or else face the full wrath of the law from the IMO police command. The event later fast strikes to Umuokeh autonomous community where the Police Commissioner did the proper commissioning. He commissioned ultra modern police station well furnished and a brand new Hilux vehicle that was fully installed with security gadgets by Deacon Chike Okafor for the security of the area. C.P Abdumajid Ali who could not hide his joy and feelings over the wonderful assistance of Deacon Chike Okafor to the Nigerian Police force promised on behalf of his men the proper utilization of his assistance in crime fighting bursting.
