THE EMAIL MY JOIB SENT OUT ABOUT ME}Team, in this day and age it takes a ton of integrity and honesty to do the right thing sometimes. Mainly because there are so many people not doing the right thing that it sort of becomes the norm. However amongst you today is someone who still has the original core values of Honesty & Integrity and not only is this person believed to operate this way, but it was seen in action recently! A few months ago while we were transitioning into the new year and a new payroll attendance management system (with all that craziness), a mistake was made resulting in overpayment on some PC employees checks. MARTINA had enough integrity, honesty, and motivation to do the right thing and notified us about the overage. This is a big deal because we may have never known without Martina acting with an extreme amount of integrity and honesty! At the end of the day it is not only important for the company to treat their employees fairly, but for its employees to treat the company fairly as well! This is a beautiful example of this in action! So in honor of Integrity, Honesty, and MARTINA… this Friday will be Integrity and Honesty day! The Company will show our appreciation for MARTINA’s Integrity and Honesty by hosting a Taco Bar here at the Denver Office for lunch on Friday! Martina, you are awesome and thank you for having Integrity and being Honest ALL the time! What a great representation of our Department Values and thanks for showing P.R.I.D.E.
