THE PROBLEM WITH THE HOODIE LAW......................... The proposed new law in Oklahoma states that people are excepted for weather, parades, Halloween, Religion and so on. A dozen exceptions. Which makes the law unenforceable since anyone can claim they are exempt for whatever reason they come up with. But the greater issue here is that it makes covering your face for the intent to harass or intimidate anyone acrime. Boy why dont you just give the cops another vague law they can use to just shoot anyone they like? Under this law if the Cops see me on the sidewalk pulling up my bandana to go into Cains they can simply shoot me because they felt intimidated by an old fart wearing a bandana. Of course they didnt know how Old I am nor did they know if I was armed since I was wearing a coat. But the mere fact of how this is written, they can and will shoot people. This is bullshit.
