THERE IS NEVER A COP WHEN YOU NEED ONE....... WAIT YES THERE WAS. was going to the Chino Hills Wal-Mart whena firend and I got to the front doors and were told that they were closed do to a power out. when we truned arround to walk back to his truck a car stopped to let us by. When I got in front of the car I had notice a baby in the drivers lap ( if was older then 5 I would be shocked). I then pointed to the guy say " you have got to be kidding me" we then go back and forth not using kind words. After calling him a Brittny Spears wannabe he made a left down one of the rows. when I looked up I had seen Chino PD sitting in a stall with his window down, I then shouted to the Officer that the guy was driving arround with his kid on his lap. He quickly sprung into action and pulled him over. After waiting arround I had found out that there was no car seat for the kid.
