THIS CHART TO FOLLOW ON THE PRIMAL-PALEO 21 DAY CHALLENGE. I call this lifestyle change, not a diet. I started 2 weeks ago and it is amazing. I have loads of energy. No more afternoon slumps and sleepiness. I dont feel hungry anymore. I can go 8 or 10 hours without the hunger headache and jitteriness. I stopped eating the grains, and even the legumes such as Lentils, peas, and beans. I had already stopped the oils last year. with the exception of coconut oil. I cook with it and consume it liberally. Within a week I felt the onset of Ketosis. This is when you body stops using sugars and starches as fuel and starts using your body fat as fuel. My weight is in freefall as I am eating all natural and animal fats as this diet recommends. Because now we know that the lipid hypothesis is a fraud. There is no correlation between consumption of animal fats and heart disease.
