THIS WEEKS SHRIMP RECIPE: Last week we went healthy with the Lime Shrimp Lettuce Wraps, so this week we decided to go decadent with it. This is an incredible recipe, but for special occasions. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds of shrimp, shell off 1/2 pound of butter preferably unsalted 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro 4 cloves fresh roasted garlic PREP: Melt butter in a casserole dish. Add cilantro, garlic and shrimp. Cover dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Prefect side dish or topping for steak or pasta.
