THIS is from my sister Fabiola Alexandre Young At Heart.... GM my FB family. Some of you know of my personal struggle with breast cancer. Although Ive kept it rather private thus far I am exhilarated with some good news that Im inclined to share just this once. Due to the early detection, I was told that a lumpectomy a series of biological therapy (not Chemo) is all that is needed. Initially, there was talk of mastectomy. Ill be the first to tell you that Im a big procrastinator, had it not be for the constant discomfort related to the symptoms I would have never found out. Now keep in mind, theres not always obvious symptoms related to this disease. The type I have is a rare form. As this is CANCER AWARENESS MONTH, I urge everyone man and woman to please get tested. EARLY DETECTION DOES SAVE LIVES. Today I work up with a new found love for life, and I intend to use mine for the good that it was intended to do. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
