THIS is what is happening to the communities all around Ohio that continue to carry breed specific codes on the books. They cannot defend them against a challenge. They also cost the county for enforcement of laws that cannot be defended. As of Monday, every case brought before Licking and Franklin County Courts have either been dismissed without prejudice or for lack of evidence by Reynoldsburgs own attorneys (prior to going to trial) or a judge found residents not guilty. The city stopped writing citations after losing the 2nd Licking County case. Judge Stansbury sums up a 2 hour trial in less than a minute with this verdict.
