I recd this in my inbox just a bit ago - this makes my heart happy and worth every bump in the road that happens in the midst of this journey. #fabnewlife Testimonial... I just have to make sure you know what an impact you have made in my life with the calls this week: I just finished listening to most of the replays from Women Recharged and it was out of this world. I especially loved Doreens segment when she spoke about making a radical change and also taking responsibility for my success. I have self sabotaged my business and personal life for many years blaming the men in my life (father, ex husband) for not supporting me, verbal, mental, physical abuse. As I was listening to the replays today I have come to realize what they did to me is over, I made it through for a reason. I turned down speaking engagements, not attended conferences hearing my father say in my head, She aint shit, or my ex husband saying how stupid I was. I quit writing my book because I didnt want my family to reject me for the things I wanted to tell the world. I was always in fear that my audience would laugh at me they way my father and husband did when I had an accomplishment. To be honest I was stupid- stupid for believing all those ugly things that they said and did, because none of it is true. As I am writing this I have tears strolling down my face, not sad tears I mind you but tears of relief. I have never told anyone this in my life and writing this has confirmed for me that nobody is responsible for my success but ME. I am fully ready and committed to achieving a successful life, and I am now making a conscience decision to step up to the plate to make a radical change. You ladies rock!!!! - I.G. fabulousnewlife
