Retail Sales Profit: Its difference between distributor price and retail price. Direct Bonus: On personally sponsored front line. Indirect Bonus: Earned off your whole group. Leadership Bonus: Once you have developed a productive group. Honored Title Bonus: Based upon the global sales of the Company. The Marketing Plan Section of your Tianshi Business Manual is divided into six parts: Part I Status Qualification and Bonus: This section explains the various bonuses and qualifying conditions starting at the entry level. Part II Leadership Qualification and Bonus: Additional areas of income are available to you attain the Status Level of Five Star Distributor. This section explains the leadership bonuses and qualification conditions from Five Star Distributor up to Eight Star Distributor. Part III Honorary Qualification and Bonus: Once you attained the Status level of Bronze Loin Distributor, the Company offers a recognition program that allows you to share in the global sales of the Company. This section explains the qualifying and bonus structure from the Status Level of Bronze Lion up to the top level of Honorary Director. Part IV Lifetime Achievement Award and Bonus: Once you have attained the Status level of Tianshi Top Laurel Distributor, the Company offers a recognition program that allows you to share in the global sales of the Company. This section explains the qualifying and bonus structure from the Status Level of Tianshi Top Laurel Distributor. Part V Auto Personal Consumption Plan: This section explains how distributors can apply for monthly auto personal consumption and get bonuses on their various generations of Downline Distributors. Part VI Special Rewards: Five exciting incentive are explained in this section. Important Points: Ø Bonuses are calculated and processed monthly cycle bases Ø All the PV earned during the monthly cycle from 24th of a calendar month will accumulate till 23rd of the next calendar month. The new cycle then starts from the 24th onwards. Ø All distributors are entitled to the profit generated from the sales of the Tianshi products. Ø All the distributors have the right to sponsor the prospects to join Tianshi business. Ø All the bonuses are paid by means of a cheque and bank transfer. Ø Once you have attained a particular Star distributor Status Level, you will retain it and never get revert back to a lower level. Ø You PV starts accumulating from the day one and carries month into the next. So here let us understand Part I Status Qualification and Bonuses One Star Distributor Qualification: Any individual who pays the one time registration fee of Rs.1200 (a starter kit will be given) Or pays for the products of his/her choice for Rs.2500 (no matter in onetime order or in multiple orders but within 60 days from the registration) qualifies to become a One Star. Benefit: One Star Distributor is able to buy company products at distributor price, One Star Distributor is entitled to retail profit, One Star distributor has the right to sponsor other prospects to join TIENS Business. Two Star Distributor Qualification: One Star distributor who makes a personal purchase of products of value equal to or greater than 100PV (Rs.5000) becomes a Two Star Distributor Benefit: As a Two Star Distributor, you can get 5% direct bonus. Three Star Distributor Qualification: Option 1: Any Two Star Distributors whose cumulative purchase is equal or greater than 300PV (Rs.15000) qualifies to become a Three Star Distributor. Option 2: Newly joined distributor who makes a personal purchase of products of value equal to or greater than 300PV (Rs.15000) qualifies to become a Three Star Distributor. Option 3: Any Two Star distributor with a minimum of three direct networks (3downline leg structures), with at least one Two Star distributor in each network and the CPV (cumulative Points value or we can say group sales) of whose total network reaches 500PV (group sales of Rs.25000) qualifies to become a Three Star Distributor in that month. Option 4: Any Two Star Distributor with a minimum of two Direct networks (2downline structures), with at least one Two Star network, and the CPV of whose total network reaches 1000PV (total group sales of Rs.50000) qualifies to become a Three Star Distributor. Benefit: As a Three Star Distributor, you can get 20% Direct Bonus and the corresponding indirect Bonus (5-15%) Four Star Distributor Qualification Like 3 Star qualification 4 Star also requires the same procedure. i.e 1. Either you make a Cumulative personal Point volume equal or greater than 1200PV 2. Or you join with a purchase order of 1200PV (Rs.60000) 3. Or in three different legs any Two Star distributor in each leg qualifies 3 Star Level, total CPV of you all leg structures reaches 1500PV 4.
