An education on life after the obsessive six-pack, it covers all of the supportive bone and muscle structures that go into maintaining a healthy frame. Utilising the pelvic floor, abdominals, lower and mid-back, and diaphragm, students will learn how to strengthen while creating space within. The emphasis of the class is on balance and stability which, achieved in the core, can then emanate out to all parts of the body and beyond. The class is designed from traditional yoga Asana, incorportating elements of Pilates and Alexandre Technique. Open to everyone, as works along side your regular chosen practice, or can be taken as a stand alone. £8.50 drop in, Fridays 1pm-2.15pm
