TODAYS WORD Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding, seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. (NLT) The word of God to you this moment is asking you to trust God with all your heart. The Lord wants you to reference him in all that you do from the very bottom of your heart (note: with all your heart), and never to depend on your own intelligence. A man that relies on his own wisdom will lose Gods direction. Many times, we look up to God for something, but we do not allow him give us direction. We sometimes assume for God when he has not spoken, that is why we are always making mistakes and it seems God has forsaken us. The scripture above says: do not depend on your own understanding, seek His (God) will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. The reason why things have not been working out fine is because, you have always believed in self-ability, qualification, connection etc. The word of God says: Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain. Psalm 127:1 (NIV). By your human strength, you cannot prevail. You need Gods help in your life and this help can only be derived if you trust and seek God for your life. When you seek and believe God for your life plan, then carrying out that plan will be so easy. I want you to understand that when you seek and trust God for your life, you stand a chance of: • Getting the right direction from God • Having peace in whatever you do • Achieving pleasant result in your endeavors • Minimizing risk because you are living by Gods instructions • Reaching your promise land (i.e. fulfilling destiny). God has a master plan for everybody he created. Having this master plan helps you achieve fast. All you need do is to request from God, His master plan for your life. Without the master plan, you will only continue to struggle and wallow at one point repeating the same thing, which is one of the major reasons why people hardly experience great change. Furthermore, be sensitive to the things that can better your life. Request today from God the master plan for your life, and you will be glad you did. Most assuredly, your life will gain divine direction and you will experience face-lift in a new dimension. God makes himself available to only those who seek him (Matthew 7:7).
