TONIGHT ESPN Sugar Ray Leonard vs Roberto Duran 2: a perfect trap. Roberto was having de best times of his life after the great & un-specked winning of his life when someone said “you have a phone call” They offer him very good money for a rematch, but the condition were all in favor of Ray Leonard of course, Roberto was doing everything an athlete shouldn’t do; He was 20 and more pound overweight, out of form physical and mentally and was catch by surprise, hi argue the date for the fight was too soon for him be ready but they respond that if he was not ready hi (Leonard) will fight Tomas Herms, oh oh, if Tomas win ???? so they want the money and went to the gym in a hurry. Two days before the fight they know he won’t make the weight. Fasting & fasting was the solution, he barely makes the weight, and some say he did not. After all fasting he ate a pigeon soup, maybe popular in his country, and who knows what out he ate but he was very very sick the night of tat fight. A me and many other people sow time magazine while one of the Connor man hold ice bag to his stomach while his eyes telling us how he was filling, I really belief that soup have a lot more then pigeon meat. Ray didn’t have any intention to fight Roberto’s way, not knowing that frustration was the key of success, Roberto take’s no jokes from anybody, specially that night. He was ridiculously offended, he was ashamed in from his worldwide fans as well his enemies.
