TOP GROUND COMMANDER OF BIFF KILLED IN GUN BATTLE WITH GOVERNMENT TROOPS By. Abs Damahan Datu Saudi Ampatuan Maguindanao (2-2-2014 @ 11:36AM) Top Ground Commander of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFFF) Commander Hasssan Indal known to their rank as COMMANDER TAMBAKO was one of those killed in the fiercest closed air support operation fire fighting with government forces on Thursday. The military revealed last friday during their accounts briefing. Commander Tambako is the top aide of Imam Ameril Kato Col. Dickson Hermoso spokesman of the 6th Infantry Division Philippine Army confirmed to the media. But the exact location of the encounter was not revealed to the media maybe for the security reason of standard operating procedures of the military of rule in war secrecy. Hermoso said, five day clashes with the rebels, 52 killed rebels and 49 wounded and 19 of those killed had been identified including the three child soldiers died in the encounters. On military side one soldier killed and 13 wounded at the height of their intense offensive operation. The fighting started, when PNP supported by the military troops served the warrant of arrest for those members of BIFF facing criminal changes by the government Courts. She said, this tactics is illegal and a violation of both local and international laws. They described BIFF perpetuate violence by using child soldiers in the battle ground. Rebel spokesman Abu Misry disputed Valte, those three killed child are victims in crossfire Misry said in his text message.
