TOP OF THE LEAGUE AND WE WILL NOT BE MOVED!!? Kenny Jackett today urged Wolves to claim League One’s top spot tonight and stay there. The Molineux head coach wants his young side to use the live televised screen test against Crawley to their advantage ahead of their rivals playing tomorrow. “We have to realise the Gillingham and Bristol City games can’t be one-offs, we must have some consistency,” said Jackett, as he targeted a third straight League win. “If you look at the top three clubs in this division, traditionally, there is a high points total for usually two or quite often three teams. I think the points total will be very high this year. “I remember some years ago when Millwall were in it and Southampton were chasing because they’d had points deducted. “They kept winning under Alan Pardew but it was the same for the clubs at the top who kept winning and Southampton couldn’t catch them. “We finished then with 86 or 87 points and I think you need more than that. “I know the division and to be in the top two or three you have to be very consistent.”
