The room is furnished with bed, big closet and a dresser but if you have your own furniture we can move it. Utilities are not included and split between roommates. I used to live in the Annex and I thought I would hate living anywhere else, but I actually really love it here! We have a backyard vegetable garden, so if you are interested in urban farming, harvesting and canning, or just like to eat lots of delicious veggies this fall then this is the place for you.
