TRAFFIC ALERT from City of Charleston: Kanawha Boulevard will be closed between Leon Sullivan Way and Clendenin Street at 9 a.m. Tuesday in preparation for the Veterans Day parade and remain closed between Capitol and Clendenin through the end of the Veterans Day ceremony in Haddad Riverfront Park. The parade starts at 10 a.m. and will go from the Boulevard, north on Capitol Street, left on Washington Street, left on Court Street, right on Quarrier Street and back to the Boulevard via Clendenin Street. Traffic will be stopped on those streets during the parade. The ceremony starts about 11 a.m. at Haddad Riverfront Park.
