TRAFFIC UPDATE: The M7 Motorway is closed southbound in Cecil Hills due to an accident involving a car and horse float near Elizabeth Drive. A Transport Management Centre Spokeswoman said two horses were in the float when it tipped. One horse has been freed while the other is still trapped inside, she said. Emergency services are on the scene working to free the horse. No-one was injured during the incident. Southbound motorists are being diverted via Elizabeth Drive. Traffic is heavy in both directions with motorists experiencing significant delays. Try to avoid the area if possible.
