TRAPPED AND HELPLESS 2 Sunday June 29, 2014 On 5th August, 2010, a group of 33 miners from the San Jose mine in Copiapo, Chile were trapped 2,297 feet underground for 69 days after the mine collapsed. The government had to develope an infographic of the efforts to save them. The rescue team had to drill a rescue capsule (Schramm T-130). First, two mining experts and two naval medics were lowered to assist them stay alive while efforts are actualized. After 69 days, and 8 hours underground, the miners were all rescued alive. They were first taken 17 miles by helicopter to the army hospital at Copiapo, and later sent to their families. If you feel you are trapped in any way, the first rescue operation starts from you. Send a signal to God via consistent prayers. Then, alert a few brethren about it. I know most of us have been disappointed by our local assemblies handling the plights. Rescue for the TRAPPED doesnt take one day. God first sends you the Holy Spirit. He equips you to develop certain capabilities within the time frame. He also sends you few people. Later, He gradually delivers you by His own making and plans. The Bible says; Behold, God will not cast away a perfect man, neither will he help the evil doers.
