TRAVEL UPDATE - 9am FORTH ROAD BRIDGE: Closed to high sided vehicles, cars with trailers, caravans and motorcycles due to high winds M90: n/b has eased – however there’s heavy congestion around the Rosyth area. KINCARDINE BRIDGE: There’s long delays on the approaches – last we heard traffic was crawling from Rosyth towards Crombie and on to Kincardine – so really worth avoiding. CLACKMANNANSHIRE BRIDGE: Closed to all high sided vehicles – again delays are likely. A92: Re-opened after earlier fallen tree. TRAINS: There’s now a reduced service on ScotRail - between Edinburgh and Newcraighall, North Berwick and on the Inner & Outer Fife Circle services. Most other ScotRail routes remain suspended.
