More than 90 guests among UK buyers and distributors, restaurant managers and chefs, medias, banks etc...and some of the producers who provided their precious support for the realization of this unique Event. The invitation: The “Trentino Taste” Why not leaving for an unforgettable trip to the Dolomites? Restaurant Giovanni Rana will launch the new Menu from Trentino on Fri 24th October, in Triton Street. Italian excellent food & extraordinary wines from Trentino, with music and Italian producers. The Event On 24th October at 7 p.m. the new Regional Menu of Trentino, the Dolomites Region, will be launched at Ristorante Giovanni Rana in Triton Street, London. The Restaurant Chef Federico and its Staff will create excellent matchings using these extraordinary products and wines. Fine Italy Ltd in cooperation with the Italian producers, will guide all guests to an unforgettable eno-gastronomic experience, introducing them to the top quality gourmet products and menu, peculiar of this beautiful region: Trentino. The Guests The invitation to this special Event is exclusive and it will be extended to 90 guests. Among them, 15 from Italy, (ltalian Producers and Members of the Local Government and Institutions from Trentino) Our special guests have been selected among: • Distributors and suppliers to restaurants, bars, pubs etc.. • Category buyers of Harrods, Marks & Spencer, Morrison etc. • Import / Export companies • Food & Beverage Managers • Media, Public Relations, Bloggers etc. • Regular top guests of Ristorante Giovanni Rana, such as Managers of Gazprom, ASA Tours etc.. The aim of the Event is to present a top quality menu, in a perfect combination of taste and flavours typical of the eno-gastronomic excellences from the Dolomites Region of Trentino. All ingredients are directly produced by the companies represented by Fine Italy Ltd in UK, also attending. The Wine Menu In order to better appreciate all organoleptic characteristics of our wines from Trentino, which will be served during the Event, three 3rd level sommeliers will be in charge of guiding the guests through this unique experience. Service at tables will be carried by trained Staff, both in Italian and in English, in accordance with a pre-arranged trainee path about food excellencies from Trentino, supervised by the Chef Federico. Raffle & Donation During the Event, starting with the “Aperitivo”, all guests will be entertained by soft live music, till the Raffle for the final prize. A personal bagde will be provided at the entrance, together with a number for the Raffle. At the entrance youll be kindly asked to make a 10 GB Pounds donation to the British Red Cross.
