TRIPLE DOWN I received an email yesterday regarding our GOODYEAR location stating that final walk through is October 31st. Keys will be delivered. I immediately get a rush of anxiety, fear, and doubt. Today, I receive confirmation from the landlord from our main office stating that the owner has agreed to all the terms and conditions we’ve been negotiating for the past 5 weeks. I again, get a rush of anxiety, fear, and doubt. Why is it that my first reaction was completely opposite of what it should be? I was supposed to be happy and excited, we got exactly what we wanted….Right? I come to realize that my feelings still have to go with the principle that I have reached my upper limit. I am aware and conscious about it. When things start going too good, I start feeling bad...because it is too good…(make sense?) My coach and mentor discussed this on one of our calls. He too goes through the same roller coaster of emotions as he is on his path of massive explosion. I think that anytime you are pushing the envelope of expansion, these feelings will appear time and time again. So, after analyzing and reanalyzing the business… we found that the time is NOW. We reaffirmed the decisions and have TRIPLED DOWN. Our new office spaces will be 3 times the size of our current location to house 5 times the agents that are yet to come! BOOM!
