TRIVENETO CUP 2014 Slovenia and Triveneto Hill Climb Trophy 2014 REGULATIONS Art. 1.0 Organisation The following organizers: AS 2005, AMD Zvezda, AŠD SA-I, Scuderia Friuli ACU, Scuderia Red White and Tre Cime Promotor, organize a Hill Climb Trophy between Slovenia and Italian Triveneto area. The Technical Committee of Slovenia and Triveneto Hill Climb Trophy 2014 will be consist of Flavio Candoni, Viktor Levec and Andrej Orel. Art. 2.0 Events The Trophy will be consists of 6 (six) events; 3 (three) on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and 3 (three) in Italy, in the territory of Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto: 16-17-18 Maj 45a Verzegnis - Sella Chianzutan, ( I - UD ) 20-21-22 June Gorjanci, (SLO) 1-2-3 August 40a Coppa Alpe del Nevegal ( I - BL ) 8-9-10 August Lučine (SLO) 29-30-31 August Ilirska Bistrica (SLO) 10-11-12 October 37a Cividale - Castelmonte ( I - UD ) Art. 3.0 Participants The Trophy is open to all Competitors with valid license issued by any Federation recognized by the F.I.A. (International Automobile Federation). Art. 4.0 Registration The Competitors should send the Entry Form to the Secretariat accompanied by the entry fee of € 120,00 for Modern cars and € 50,00 for Historic cars. Only after the regular registration Competitors can scores the points for the Trophy classification. No points will be counted retroactively. The Competitors registered in the Trophy will have a priority registration until two days before the closing date fixed by the Regulations of each Event. The stickers with the logo of a sponsor of the Trophy must necessarily appear on the cars driven in the races by the Competitor, otherwise the points earned will be deleted. Nationality of the Competitor is determined with their passport or identity card. Art. 7.0 Subdivisions, Groups and Scoring In order to obtain points valid for the final Trophy classification the Entrants must be participate (take the start) to a minimum of four (4) events, obbligatorily including 2 (two) races in Italy and 2 (two) in Slovenia. 7.1 – Modern Cars For the allocation of points valid for the Trophy are instituted Classes and Divisions (D1 - D2 - D3) unified for groups of vehicles as follows: D1 Groups N - A D2 Groups E1 - GT - E2SH D3 Groups CN - E2SC - E2SS Scores will be calculated according to the classification scratch of the Division considering only the Trophy Entrants according to the following table: Place Points Place Points 1° classified 14 6° classified 5 2° classified 12 7° classified 4 3° classified 10 8° classified 3 4° classified 8 9° classified 2 5° classified 6 from 10° to 15° 1 The cars will be divided according to the following cylinder capacity classes: Groups N - A - E1 Classes: - up to 1400 cm3 - from 1400 cm3 to 1600 cm3 - from 1600 cm3 to 2000 cm3 - over 2000 cm3 Group GT Unique class Groups E2SH - CN - E2SC - E2SS Classes: - up to 2000 cm3 - over 2000 cm3 Only for Slovenia and Triveneto Hill Climb Trophy 2014 classifictions, the expired homologation cars, will be included in the classes of Groups N and A. The Class points will be calculated considering all the drivers who take the start according to the following table: Place Number of class started in the race over 10 from 7 to 10 from 4 to 6 from 2 to 3 1 1° classified 10 9 7 3 2 2° classified 8 7 5 1 3° classified 6 5 3 4° classified 5 3 1 5° classified 4 2 6° classified 3 1 7° classified 2 There will be three general classifications of Division, obtained by summing the points acquired in the classification of Division and Class of each of the Events indicated in Art.2. 7.2 - Historic Cars The historic cars will be divided into five (5) Categories provided by the FIA and the scores will be calculated as for the Divisions and Classes of modern cars, without unifications. There will be an overall classification for each of the five Categories obtained by adding the points acquired in the classification of Category and Class of each of the Events indicated in Article 2. Art. 8.0 Prizes and Cups, Prize Giving Ceremony 8.1 - Cups The following cups shall be awarded: To 1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th - 5th of the Division D1 To 1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th - 5th of the Division D2 To 1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th - 5th of the Division D3 To 1st - 2nd - 3rd of each of the five Categories of Historic Cars. 8.2 - Money Prizes The first three of each Division of Modern Cars will receive money prizes as follows: To 1st classified € 1.500,00 To 2nd classified € 1.000,00 To 3rd classified € 500,00 If Entrants in the Trophy were less than 15 for the Divisions D1 and D2 and less than 10 for the Division D3, the prize money will be reduced by 50%. 8.3 - Prize Giving Ceremony The Slovenija and Triveneto Hill Climb Trophy 2014 Prize Giving Ceremony will be held at a date and place to be communicated before last race. Art.9. Disputes In the case of disagreement of interpretation of the Regulations is agreed that the text in English is considered the official one. All cases, not sufficient covered by the present Regulations, will be decided by the Technical Committee of Slovenia and Triveneto Hill Climb Trophy 2014. . The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify at any time the provisions of present Regulations to ensure the best outcome to the event, notifying all members.
