TSB Accountant: Services & Group Reporting Finance Closing Date: 22 August 2014 Vacancy objective: The primary objective of this position is to compile consolidated management information and reporting packs for the Tsb group of companies and RCL. Prepare tax schedules for Tsb Sugar RSA. Conducting cost accounting functions for service departments. Perform specific group accounting functions. Reporting structure: Reporting to the Financial Controller: Group, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Compile monthly consolidated management information for the TSB group of companies. Compile TSB Operations committee and RCL Exco management information packs. Compile tax schedules and tax returns for Tsb Sugar RSA. Provide complete Cost Accounting functions for corporate service departments. Perform HO cost accounting functions (cost recoveries, cost allocation and accruals). SAP system implementation projects (BW management information project, BPC implementation project). Ad hoc assistance to Financial Controller: Group. Requirements: • Grade 12. BCom Accounting/Financial Management with completed articles. Experience in corporate cost management, corporate tax, corporate management Reporting and business consolidation for 3 -4 years. Knowledge of Income Tax Act and IFRS. MS Office and SAP Knowledge will be added advantage. To be considered for appointment, candidate must be a South African citizen.
