Tabata abs with a towel!! Grab two wash cloths or hand towels for your feet and get ready for some killer abs!!! Interval is 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. Youll do that 8 times. ⏩First 20 seconds: pull both knees into your chest at a time. ⏩Second 20 seconds: alternate your knees into your chest, just like a mountain climber ⏩Third 20 seconds: take both knees to your right elbow, slide your feet back to plank, then draw both knees to your left elbow. ⏩Fourth 20 seconds: pull both feet into your chest then circle both feet away from one another like frog legs.
