Take a moment to consider this... For my more devout Christian friends, I want you conjure up an image of President Obama in your mind. Now think about all the things you think hes doing to undermine your religion (no prayer in schools, science education, common core, sharia law, etc, etc)... Now, how do you feel? Do you feel offended? Do you feel like someone powerful is trying to take away something very important and core to your sense of self? Finally, Do you feel angry, like maybe you want to lash out and do something to stop it? So, if you feel that way about a perceived attack on your faith, is it conceivable that our Muslim brothers and sisters would feel the same about an attack on their faith? I would submit that all of this security, spying, FBI-ing and NSA-ing are making us less safe because they are creating new enemies?
