Taken from the Limestone District School website: Community Safety Letter Lancaster Drive/Bayridge Area September 5, 2013 - 4:00 p.m. In the interest of community safety, and the safety of our students, the Limestone District School Board would like to provide students, parents and staff with information regarding an incident involving a Holy Cross Secondary School student that occurred Wednesday, September 4, 2013, while walking from her school to the Cataraqui Town Centre. A suspicious car approached the female Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School around 2:30pm on her way to the Cataraqui Town Centre. The vehicle was described as being a black 4 door car (similar to a Hyundai) (no plate obtained) that had dark tinted windows and black rims. The driver was described as a white male, 40+ years old, black short hair and black beard. The suspect asked the girl if she wanted a ride home and if she wanted to go to Toronto with him. The student ran away and the car left. If you see this vehicle or suspect in the area you are asked to please call police at 9-1-1.
