Taking from my in video comments and correcting some.... do your pushups and situps nightly..and like I said in my last video work on total muscle failure each night...and go for some pushing at work while you are on break to keep you loose...its gonna hurt but that means you are straining your muscles which means they will start adapting to the changes and getting bigger....so keep working and do your best at whatever you choose to do
