Talented Fly half Chris Bell was instrumental in the Yorkshire Under 20s 34-17 success over fellow championship contenders Northumberland. Bell, a highly influential player in Saturdays outstanding 24-17 victory over National two North rivals Caldy is hoping for success on two fronts with club and county. The County youngsters await the quarter final draw, with the ultimate aim of going one step further following defeat at the final hurdle in last seasons under 20s showpiece at twickenham. Bell, 19 has been one of the many success stories this season for Huddersfield since making his first appearance in September. The fly-half made his debut at Leicester Lions and plays the game with an authority that belies his years. Currently studying business management at Huddersfield University Bell is one of many talented youngsters in the senior squad as coaches Gareth Lewis, Ian Shuttleworth and Phil Gostling put their faith in the youth. Unbeaten in 2015 with four consecutive victories is proof of reason for the buzz and excitement amongst Lockwood park faithful.
