Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, any field. Required skill(s): recruitment and selection process, mass hiring, Retail Industry. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
